The Winning Pitches of Suzhou 2022 “Win the Future” International Venture Contest Singapore Finals
ACIES Ventures is glad to be once again the appointed organiser to manage the Singapore Division of this annual cross-border venture contest with the consortium of hosts, namely, Suzhou International Elite Entrepreneurship Enterprise Alliance, Suzhou (Singapore International Maker Incubation Centre), Nanyang High-Tech Innovation Centre (Suzhou) and Entrepreneurship Enterprise Alliance.
For this year’s contest, the response was vibrant with more than 120 startup applications by the deadline of end March.
The organisers went through various rounds of evaluation before shortlisting 9 highly potential startups to pitch to the Suzhou municipal agencies on the 17th of May 2022.
At the Singapore Finals, the startup founders showcased a myriad of startup innovations from Medtech, Agritech, Edutech, Material Manufacturing and A.I.
After an afternoon of pitching and handling tough questions from the judges, the winners emerged with very tight scores:
First Prize
Li Shihao, Intelligent Maternal and Infant Medical Devices
Second Prize
Zhang Junxian of Castomize, new material for orthopedic medical model
Huang Weili, Global Cerah, turning waste to protein
Robert Kunzman, CircuLite New Material Technology
Third Prize
Xie Nayu, ErLea DX, Liquid biopsy of early lung cancer
Muhammad Ali Fekri, Machine Vision, manufacturing analytics platform leveraging AI technology.
Aside from the Cash prizes, the winning projects are also directly shortlisted as candidate projects for the Global Finals of the “Winning the Future” Venture Contest.

About “Wining The Future” International Venture Contest
“Winning The Future” International Venture Contest was founded in 2011. Since then, it has been established to be a global high-level talent innovation and entrepreneurship competition brand created by Suzhou. The contest aims to continuously explore outstanding talents (teams) and projects in leading industries and cutting-edge technology fields, promote the precise connection of talents, projects, industries and capital, and build a green channel for innovation and entrepreneurship to Suzhou. As of 2021, the competition has successfully held 10 sessions with a total of 74 events, attracting more than 8,096 projects and a total of more than 29,000 talents.
